Hera’s watchman, Argus, was the giant of one hundred eyes charged with guarding the nymph Io, disguised by Zeus as a heifer to hide her from his wife. He had so many eyes that he never fully slept, always with a few eyes open to keep watch. When he was slain by Hermes, the first bloodshed of the new gods, his many eyes were preserved forever by Hera in the tail of a peacock to commemorate his watch.

I like to think of some instead turned to stone; always watching and protecting the wearer from their golden sockets.

  • Please note that all rings can be made specifically to size. As a guide, we have four standard sizes; S ~ 48, M ~ 52, L: ~ 6, XL ~ 60. 

    All jewellery is available in varying metals such as 14 or 18kt Yellow Gold, Rose or White Gold and those featuring a stone are available in varying colours and stone options. For assistance in sizing or to request a specific metal or stone please contact the studio.

    Please keep in mind that all jewels are made by hand to order so availability cannot always be guaranteed. Express turnaround may require an additional fee.

  • All jewellery is sculpted by hand. As such, there will be slight variations in the design of each piece. This adds to the unique and hand-crafted story of each jewel.
