Golden Smudge Ring
A messy sculpted knife edge for precarious situations when minor errors can cause a great and catastrophic fall. A balancing act could be upset with a small amount of force in either direction. Man made chaos - gestural, like clay under your fingers, it becomes a reminder to remove ourselves from our minds and move instead into one’s hands and bodies.
As each piece is sculpted by hand, there will be slight variations in the design of each jewel. This adds to the unique and hand crafted story of each piece.
Please note that all rings can be made specifically to size. As a guide, we have four standard sizes; S ~ 48, M ~ 52, L: ~ 6, XL ~ 60. For assistance in sizing outside of this, please contact the studio.
To order in other metals, such as 14 or 18kt Yellow Gold, Rose or White Gold, please contact the studio for a quote.
Please allow up to four weeks from ordering for each piece to be finished and sent to you. For any urgent orders, or to see what is available immediately, please contact the studio. Please keep in mind that as all jewels are made by hand to order, availability cannot always be guaranteed. Express turnaround may require an additional fee.
